Where is that wagon they think I just fell off. Why are there not laws in effect to find out who these jackasses are so we can file law suits against them for harrassment. This is how I would write the phone solicitation law. The caller has to Identify themselves and give a physical address as well as a phone number. They then have to prior to rolling out the sales jargon give you the option of "opting out" of future harrassment if you so choose.

Recorded message offering a lower interest rate on a credit card...pleazse press nine. I did, a real person answered, asked if I was replying to the lower interest offer. I asked for the name of the bank/credit card. He hung up.

This Indian guy called me from this number, saying he was with a law firm trying to collect on a dept I owed. I asked alot of question like WHO, WHAT ,WHEN AND WHERE. These people had my phone number, email address, social. These people need to be punished in a court of law. How do I go about doing so??????

Kelly has been calling family members breaking privacy laws. She is not allowed to disclose any information about accounts. The ONLY person she can release information to is the debtor themselves. Each time she leaves a docket number, she is in violation of privacy laws. Each time she discloses that there is "legal" action pending on the account, this is also a violation. Last time I checked, the only thing she is allowed to say to any individual except the account holder, or leave on a voicemail is "This is an attempt to collect a debt....please have so in so call me at..."

Hear a person on the the line and they hang up. This is the 3x this month.
